Zairul is a staff member who was really helpful and went beyond his duties to help me out....guide me.... The room was okay... perfect for solo or couple travelers... It is located in a good neighborhood and plenty to do around area....

THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS ALWAYS HELPFUL AND KIND . I CAME TO SINGAPORE TO DO SOME NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS FOR MY HOUSE AND MY INSURANCE IT WAS QUITE A BUSY SCHEDULE YET ALL WENT WELL DUE THE EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL STAFF . IT WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED AND I LOOK FORWARD TO COME AGAIN. TEH CLEANERS WERE ALWAYS KIND AND DID A GOOD JOB. THANK YOU VEYR MUCH.

I was delayed with jetstar for 5 days and couldn't find a hotel under $300 I've stayed in 5 star hotels before and this is by no means a 5 star hotel,but the professionalism of the staff was outstanding.
